If you're purchasing furniture directly from our showroom floor, pickup or delivery can typically be arranged quickly. For custom orders, lead times vary by manufacturer and product specifications. Your salesperson will provide an estimated lead time at the time of purchase. Please note that lead times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as production schedules, material availability, and shipping delays may affect delivery dates. 

Our delivery team is happy to take away old furniture at the time of delivery. Please inform your salesperson at the time of purchase or when scheduling delivery if you would like to include this service. At The Artful Lodger, we prioritize donating items in good condition whenever possible. If an item cannot be donated due to condition or donation center guidelines, it will be responsibly taken to landfill.

Availability of merchandise is estimated according to information on hand at the time order is written. The Artful Lodger shall not be responsible for delays in delivery of merchandise occasioned by manufacturer's scheduling, stock on hand, availability of materials, transportation difficulty or any other cause beyond the control of The Artful Lodger. In stock merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition or may be subject to a 25% restocking fee or refused return. Delivery and shipping fees are non-refundable. Bedding, pillows and mattresses may not be returned. Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable. Buyer assumes all risks associated with transportation of merchandise picked up. Buyer agrees to measure doorways and stairways before ordering as The Artful Lodger is not responsible for merchandise purchased that is too large to fit. The Artful Lodger makes no warranty beyond the manufacturer's specified warranty, if any. The Artful Lodger will assist the buyer in the exercise of all factory warranties. All payments are due at the time of delivery. All sales during a designated sales period are final.
